Azerbaijani respectful instructions and Kannada linked actions
Respectful singular and actual plural must stay distinct
Azerbaijani siz can address one person respectfully or several people. Kannada “ನೀವು” likewise has respectful or plural use, but the correspondence does not make their full predicate paradigms identical. A target request should be checked for both the actual audience and its social relationship.
If an Azerbaijani message asks one respected teacher to visit an office, a plural-associated Kannada form need not add teachers. Conversely, a genuine group request should not be reduced to one listener just because a saved target example was written courteously to an individual.
Check the pronoun and predicate together when adapting the request. A respectful greeting before an otherwise familiar construction does not necessarily preserve the relationship established by the source clause.
Third-person respect can leave sex unstated
Kannada “ಅವರು” can refer respectfully to one male or female person as well as to people in the plural. Azerbaijani o also does not itself specify sex, but it does not encode the same target respectful distinction. The source surrounding description must guide the social choice.
A message about two colleagues can become ambiguous if every target reference is replaced by one respectful form. Preserve an existing name or role where necessary to show who visited the office and who sent the document.
The person described is not automatically the listener. A formal Azerbaijani update may respectfully address one person while reporting another person’s activity. Those relationships should be assessed separately.
A short target form can connect the earlier action
Kannada “ಹೋಗಿ” illustrates an adverbial participle associated with having gone. “ಮಾಡಿ” illustrates having done. The target lesson shows these forms before a finite continuation, including instructions and future statements, so their isolated glosses do not mean that every complete sentence reports a finished past action.
Azerbaijani can also connect actions through its own verbal constructions. That broad resemblance does not establish an identical suffix translation. Determine whether the source tells somebody to go and collect a document, promises that the writer will do so, or reports that the task happened already.
The following target predicate helps establish the whole sequence. A participial-looking form should not be turned into an independent completed report just to make each source action appear as a separate sentence.
A new actor must not disappear inside the chain
An Azerbaijani statement that one colleague visits an office and a second colleague sends the papers is not the same as one person doing both. A compact Kannada linked-action construction must not erase the source actor change.
Identify who performs the earlier action and who performs the later one before selecting the target sequence. Names or separate clauses can remain necessary where the source participants differ.
For this direction, review the actual audience, the respect given to people described and the actor of each linked action. The two languages may share a broadly familiar predicate position while differing in the exact forms needed to preserve those relationships.
