Arabic to Korean: identify the listener separately from the respected subject

Arabic masculine and feminine address do not choose a Korean speech level

Standard Arabic distinguishes masculine and feminine singular addressees through pronouns and agreement. Korean makes other choices involving the relationship with the listener. A message addressed to a woman is not automatically assigned a different politeness level from one addressed to a man. Establish whether the recipient is an unfamiliar customer, an established colleague, or a close friend before judging the Korean ending.

Korean also distinguishes courtesy toward the listener from honoring the person discussed. The subject-honorific marker -(으)시- concerns the subject, while sentence endings participate in how the listener is addressed. An Arabic update to a friend about a respected teacher therefore involves different relationships from a message sent directly to that teacher.

For a translated appointment exchange, identify the speaker, listener, and person attending. They may be three different people. Do not add honorific marking to every action merely because the listener deserves courtesy, and do not assume an Arabic title supplies every Korean grammatical choice. Keep the actual relationships explicit where the source otherwise consists of disconnected names and verbs.

A missing repeated pronoun may be normal, but the actor must remain recoverable

Arabic can express participant information within a verb and through attached pronouns. Korean can leave understood participants unstated, and an explicit second-person pronoun is not always the most natural way to address someone. A dictionary replacement for each occurrence of Arabic أنت can consequently produce an awkward or socially unsuitable result.

That does not make participant identity optional. When an Arabic paragraph switches from the writer's availability to a colleague's availability, retain the colleague's name or role where needed. A short Korean sentence interpreted in isolation may otherwise appear to continue describing the previous person. Review the action sequence rather than checking for the same number of pronouns in both languages.

When forwarding the translation, preserve the original perspective. The person operating the translator is not necessarily the person promising to attend, send a file, or answer a question. Repeating a useful name can clarify the finished message without introducing a new participant.

An Arabic dual needs a counted unit in Korean

Standard Arabic has a grammatical dual, while Korean commonly expresses exact quantities with numerals and counters. 두 명 identifies two people, while 두 잔 identifies two cups. A source dual does not select a Korean counter on its own; the kind of thing being counted matters.

For a booking message, distinguish two guests from two rooms or two nights. If the Arabic text refers back to an established pair, keep enough context for the Korean output to identify the counted unit. A bare two can leave an arrangement unclear even when the numeral itself is translated correctly.

Copy Hangeul as text, not as a sequence of isolated blocks

Hangeul combines letters into syllable blocks, and a word can contain several blocks. Do not insert spaces after each block to make the output resemble separate Arabic words. Preserve the supplied spelling and spacing, then check any Latin identifier in its original order. Before sending, confirm who is addressed, whose action receives honorific treatment, and what exactly is counted. Those checks preserve information that the two languages organize in different places.
